A day after the vote in the parliament, the new ministers were sworn in today before President Bajram Begaj. The swearing-in ceremony took place at 10:00 a.m. in the premises of the Presidency.
In front of Begaj, the 3 new ministers added to the 'Rama' cabinet were sworn in, the Minister of the Interior Ervin Hoxha, the Minister of Defense, Pirro Vengu and the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj.
Even Taulant Balla was sworn in after being dismissed as Minister of the Interior and assuming the new position as Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament.
The new changes in the government were voted yesterday in the Assembly amid a tense situation. Clashes at a distance were occasional with Prime Minister Edi Rama returning to the Assembly after months of absence.
