Enkelejd Alibeaj said that on May 12 of the coming year, Edi Rama is in the opposition, if he does not manage to use patronageists, gangs, pressure on the administration and illegal bonuses for pensioners. According to him, these were the mechanisms used by Prime Minister Edi Rama to win the 2021 elections.

Also, Alibeaj emphasized that the "Right 1912" force, in which he is a part, has some red lines when it comes to pre-election cooperation: There is no cooperation with people who have problems in relations with the USA, the United Kingdom . Zero cooperation with people with problems with justice and zero cooperation with people who contributed to closing the lists.
"If the opposite happens, we will see... ", said Alibeaj.
While reflecting on the period when the rightists were in power, deputy Alibeaj says that the 2005-2009 mandate was one of the best periods of the Democratic Party's governance.
"From 2009 to 2013, it was one of the governments that led the DP to the biggest downhill. From 2013 onwards, the corrupt system has turned into a system, a political project. The rule of law was also crippled...", he declared.
Meanwhile, when asked if he sees mistakes in the Special Prosecutor's Office, Alibeaj lists some of his criticisms of SPAK.
"It's not perfect. We would like to see these results in the third year. I wish it didn't last so long with a lack of prosecutors. SPAK is the prosecutor, not a court. I would like it to be more aggressive than it is and to work more proactively. I have a criticism about the speed. Justice is then given and given by the courts" , continued the deputy.
However, Alibeaj adds that the prosecutors of the Special Structure are being threatened, by order of the prime minister, with "bullets in envelopes".
"These people who entered the war with organized crime with "Hajrat e me Bajrat", this policy will take them out in the middle of the road to leave them there to be executed by the crime. Or as this other one does who insults them with Dum Duma and SKAP..", said Alibeaj.
