The Conference of Speakers and the Ethics Secretariat are expected to decide today regarding the opposition's requests for the establishment of investigative committees, as well as the administrative measures proposed by the SP and DP against lawmakers, regarding their behavior in the last parliamentary session.
The Conference of Mayors will review the requests of the PL and the DP regarding the establishment of an investigative commission for the AKSH, an issue that is also being investigated by SPAK. The requests submitted have the same objective: to control the legality of the AKSH's actions.
Meanwhile, the Ethics Secretariat will review the requests submitted by the SP Group and the DP Group, which require the taking of certain measures, mainly exclusions of deputies from the session.
The Socialists are demanding the exclusion of MP Flamur Noka from the Assembly for 60 days and MPs Albana Vokshi and Elda Hoti for 30 days.
Meanwhile, the DP has requested the exclusion of the leader of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, for 60 days.
