Deputy Agron Gjekmarkaj, in the closed-door meeting of the DP parliamentary group held yesterday, proposed to elect a representative from the opposition to 'clarify the internationals'.
Journalist Osman Stafa, who disclosed the details from the discussions without the media, informs that Gjekmarkaj has stated that he proposes to set up a representation of the opposition and to clarify "we are here and how we think about the solution".
" There is no need to remain in rigid positions, if a reformulation is required for investigative commissions, we can do it. We are interested in the essence of the matter, investigation, transparency! If the majority has this as the work of self-criticism in socialism where they tell us to dig deeper, we do not only have our mouths to eat, but also to clarify to public opinion and the international factor, that we are flexible to realize our demands . By this I am not saying to abandon the protest. If even after the reformulations they do not accept them, then no one prevents us from returning because they simply do not want to. But the most important thing these days for me has been the reaction of the international factor, even if cautiously in favor of the opposition demands. Until yesterday, we only had conviction statements! They are clearly saying "parliamentary control over the government"! Herein lies the crux of the matter. I propose to set up a representative of the Opposition and explain to them why we are here and how we think about the solution. Dialogue with partners, for me, is very important and we should invest in this direction. Even for them it is clear who the opposition is and with their declarations the crisis is accepted. We must insist that the resolution of the crisis restores the parliament to normality and makes it functioning. Returning to the word is as important as regaining rights ", he said.
