"O leg, o man"/ Gazment Bardhi collides with Olta Xhaçka in

The head of the opposition group, Gazment Bardhi, clashed with the former Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka outside the door of the Assembly.

As Xhaçka tried to enter the Parliament hall, Gazment Bardhi did not allow him to enter.

This situation has fueled tensions between them, where Olta Xhaçka has addressed Gazment Bardhi, saying "you bastard, you brat".

Excerpts from the debate:

White: Thieves come in, honest people stay out. Go account for the property you stole.

Xhačka: Run away from there

Bardhi: It's not like that. Neither with strategic investments nor with AZHBR funds. You will give the answer in SPAK. Very soon.

Xhačka:  Get out of here

Bardhi:  No, the entrance is not like this, the thieves in, the honest ones out

Xhaçka: I know how you are looking for the answer

Bardhi: Seen once? You will give the answer to SPAK very soon.

Xhačka: Oh basin, oh man.

Bardhi: Very soon you will give it to SPAK, get those wrists ready, very soon.

We remind you that today the expelled MPs of the opposition clashed with the guards in front of the Parliament premises and tried to enter by force.

Gazment Bardhi and other deputies clashed with the Guard, who is standing at the entrance of the Parliament building.

As always, the main protagonist was Flamur Noka, who also broke the windows of the Assembly door, while physically clashing with the Guard.

While his deputies clashed with the Guard, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha accompanied by his loyalist Edi Paloka were monitoring the situation from afar.

In today's plenary session, it is expected to approve the amendment of the regulation in the Parliament, which increases up to 60 days the days of exclusion for the deputies who violate the regulation of the Assembly.

What is Olta Xhaçka accused of?

We would like to remind you that with the accusation of obtaining wealth by falsifying official documents, SPAK has seized 5512 m2 of land on the coast of Himara, owned by businessman Artan Gaçi, former socialist MP and current husband of MP and former minister Olta Xhaçka.

On that surface, which according to the papers is owned by him, and on another surface of 4970 m2 donated by the government, the husband of former minister Olta Xhaçka has started the construction of a coastal resort called "Dreamades Luxury Suites", equipped with the status "Strategic Investor".

Already, SPAK has seized the area of 5512 m2 of land, where, according to the resort project, the hotel of the government couple Xhaçka-Gaçi is to be built, even the BKH investigators have established that the foundations have been laid and the construction of the building has begun.

Referring to the law and other identical cases, it turns out that the SPAK decision is one-sided and with two standards, in favor of Olta Xhaçka's husband and her as strategic investor co-owners.

First, because SPAK has not imposed a seizure of the land with a measure of physical stoppage of works in the form of "Claim Insurance" with a block of activity, but has only imposed a seizure on paper.

Secondly, SPAK has only imposed seizure on the land, when according to the Code of Criminal Procedure, in cases of reasonable suspicion of the commission of a criminal offense, two acts had to be done first:

- Criminal proceedings, receiving "Defendant" and criminal measures "Imprisonment" for Artan Gaçin, then imposing the seizure of the land that is suspected to be with false documents and may have been bought with sources from corruption, or from traffic.

Not taking his "Defendant", not handcuffing and not removing the diplomatic passport that he received as the husband of former minister Olta Xhaçka, is a double-standard attitude, from the leader and prosecutors of SPAK who are investigating the robbery of 5512 m2 of land by the sea in Himare from him.
