Former minister Olta Xhaçka seems to have been declared the most hated person in Greece. Although she fled the government, the Greek media continue to write about her, describing her as the person who influenced Fredi Beleri's imprisonment. The Greek newspaper "Apogeumatini" has written an article to show who Xhaçka is, as it describes him as a symbol of corruption. She also mentions the man who is a strategic investor in Himare.

Those who consider neighboring Albania a state of law with a European perspective, such as Prime Minister Edi Rama, his ministers and so on, reality will disprove them.
This was shown by how 'quickly' the joint effort to appeal to The Hague on the maritime border issue went, or when the elected mayor of Himara, Fredis Beleris, was arrested and detained. This was confirmed in the last few days, when it became known that Rama left the personification of corruption out of the government: the former Foreign Minister, Olta Xaçka.
Who is the former head of Albanian diplomacy is of great interest. She was born on Christmas Day 1979 in Tirana. She studied in the USA, became a politician under the tutelage of Rama and moved to the crucial ministries of Defense (for three years) and Foreign Affairs (from 2021).
This particular lady was among approximately seven ministers that the Albanian Prime Minister decided to "get rid of" recently. She was and is in favor of the tough stance in the case of the illegal detention of Fredis Beleris. During her mandate, she was often targeted by the opposition, with accusations that her businessman husband, Artan Gaçi, made tourist investments in Himare.
This fact, combined with the imprisonment of the mayor, caused an uproar even within Albania. Fredis Beleris accused his political opponent and Rama's chosen one, Jorgo Goro, as well as Olta Xhačka of forging documents and laundering money from illegal activities. Even Mr. Beleris has also taken legal actions against her, complaining that by taking the land she has accumulated unfair financial benefits.
The Beleri issue is not the only issue of Greek interest, in which this lady has put her little hand. It is the same minister who tried to raise the issue of martial law in May 2022, in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the time, Nikos Dendias.
Rama did not remove it by chance. He does not want his name to be associated with corruption. Hard to impossible, but that's what he's trying to achieve.
Albanian media say it openly. They write that the Albanian prime minister does not want to make his name "dirty" in the face of everything that Albanian justice has reserved for Olta Xhaçka. And the main Albanian academic and media commentator, Artan Fuga, interpreting the changes in the government, said that "Rama pruned the branches of the government that could be affected by SPAK. He did not want all the media to focus on the developments in the executive power for issues that would concern his ministers". / Apogeumatin
