The head of the opposition parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has requested the interruption of the plenary session in the Assembly, emphasizing that it cannot begin without ensuring the minimum necessary quorum.
"According to the regulations and any collegial body, the Assembly meeting cannot begin without having a minimum of 70 deputies in the hall. It is the responsibility of the Speaker to start the session only when this quorum is met ," said Bardhi from the Assembly rostrum.
He asked the Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, to suspend the session and notify the deputies, to guarantee the necessary participation.
"When the Assembly session starts, there must be at least 70 MPs. So, suspend the session, notify the MPs, and then we will begin," he stressed.
MP Flamur Noka also said that he cannot start a plenary session with 55, 57 MPs.
