From October 2023, regular and full parliamentary sessions will not take place in Albania, as determined by the Constitution and the Rules of Operation, despite the fact that the parliament with a SP majority has been alienated into a verbal voter of Prime Minister Edi Rama's clientelistic laws .
Every Thursday when there is a scheduled session, but also on any Monday when intermediate sessions are held, the deputies of the Forum have covered the hall with smoke and made a stack of chairs in the parliament's lectern.
They burned materials of the sessions, pulled out the microphones of colleagues, usurped the ministers' chairs and continue to shout and whistle every Thursday.
Even the counter-action of the SP with the decisions on the exclusions of the MPs from the pulpit did not change this deadlock situation; nor the change of the regulation, establishing the exemption for 3 months, which by order of Edi Rama, the speaker of parliament Lindita Nikolla is not implementing.
The chaos in the parliament did not stop even after the criminal charges filed in SPAK by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the SP, Bledar Çuçi and the MP Vullnet Sinaj of "Big Market", after those charges were withdrawn by order of Bablok.
The same situation of chaos, the MPs of the Pulpit continue to create in the meetings of the parliamentary committees, but they have not been able to block their work, because the SP MPs are holding the meetings online from their offices, villas, cafes, restaurants and cars.
But even in these meetings, it's the same as if they don't work, because only SP deputies participate, who decide without debate on the draft laws, reading some of their articles piece by piece, approve them with a collective "Amen" and pass them on. for parliament vote.
As we have seen, the laws in the parliament continue to be read by Linda and voted formally and quickly by the SP deputies, under a fog of smoke and the noise of the whistles of the deputies of the pulpit, paralyzing the parliament, with sessions that last as long as 1 TV commercial .
For example, with all the reading time from Linda of the parliament, the law on the state budget was approved in 4 minutes; the law on taxation of free professions was approved in 4 minutes; the law on concreting protected areas was voted for 1 minute, while the law on online betting was approved for 30 seconds.
In only 4 sessions during the months of January-March 2024, Lindita Nikolla has put to vote among the whistleblowers, from 10-15 laws without debate, which the MPs of the SP have voted in sessions of 5 minutes where nothing is heard and no one speaks .
This behavior and practice of approving laws without discussion will continue and it is not known when it will stop: by Prime Minister Edi Rama to end the arrogance of blocking the rights of the opposition, and "non grata" Sali Berisha, to order the ban of chaos.
