Divergences and clashes within DP continue. Basha gathered the Presidency today, while Dashnor Sula reacted strongly.
Sula said that the perpetrators of the crisis in DP have not learned their lessons but are being recycled and seem to want to use the sacrifice of the democrats for personal gainful interests.
He further wrote that Basha is not following the standards and principles of the Westerners, while adding that after being the head of the Democratic Party, "he pretended to resign, but in the shadows he held hostage the developments in the Democratic Party, at the height of the heat he pretended to come back strong" and was not welcomed by the Western partners.

Political party or family business?
Dear and honorable citizens and committed democrats, it has been almost two years since the Democratic Party is in its most difficult situation. It is torn from the head down to the simplest structures. We already know the reasons.
March 6, 2022 and May 14 of this year showed with facts and numbers that the Democratic Party cannot turn into an alternative governing force fighting for a corner within it. Even by combining the votes divided among themselves, the opposition still does not get more votes than the ruling party. This situation lacks a stronger opposition to absorb both the gray layer and the disaffected.
- With all these shocking facts and evidence, it seems that those who are the cause of this crisis, have not learned the lessons, but recycle and seem to want to use the sacrifice of the democrats for personal gainful interests.
-We, the group of deputies of the Democratic Party, from the first decisions we made, have relied on our international partners, their principles. These principles guide us.
- The same standards seem not to be followed by the one who on September 9, 2021 initiated the division and then did not come to terms with the decision he took.
- After he pretended to resign but in the shadows held hostage the developments in DP, at the height of the heat he pretended to come back strongly. But unlike those close to him, he did not receive any congratulations from his international friends. He received congratulations and accolades when he resigned but not when he 'returned'.
- If we have to follow the same standards, we will have to appreciate this detail to the maximum. (hasn't happened yet)
- Against the interests of the democrats and the majority of citizens who want a better governing alternative opposition than the one that is currently being taken, steps are being taken to reduce the Democratic Party to a family business.
- Every meeting contrary to our party 'constitution', DP statute does not strengthen the opposition but reduces it. Whoever has the interest of the citizens first aims to increase the DP, whoever will treat it for occult financial interests does not care how much the party shrinks but will use it as an instrument to make even more money without signing even one day in the government.
