The Prime Minister, after 10 years in power, still continues with the rhetoric we hear every January 21 that there will be justice...

Prime Minister Edi Rama has accused Sali Berisha and his group that they are causing chaos in the Parliament because of the justice reform. He was today in Dibër in a meeting with the socialists and continued with the theory that without the SP there could be no reform in justice.

But today Rama stopped at the decision of the Strasbourg Court, which criticized the process followed for the "January 21" massacre. Even though Rama has been in power for 10 years and has not taken any measures to bring the real perpetrators to justice and retrial this file, the Prime Minister has requested today that justice be done.

He said that we are dealing with a state murder and the order came from the government, shooting Sali Berisha or Lulzim Basha in this way.

" You saw that Strasbourg yesterday, which issued the decision by overturning the whole farcical process for "January 21". And underlining what is the most basic in the handling of that event and which should have been handled the way Strasbourg draws it, by every democratic European country where justice is independent and where the government does not hold its hand to justice. The chain of command would have been judged. It is not said which of the bullets that came out of the gun slots killed and which did not. Endless bullets have been fired at protesters who did not pose any danger to anyone, and therefore the issue is how is it possible that after the citizens of a state were killed with state rifles, as a result of opening fire commanded by the top of the chain, this country without any kind of justice? But there was a second re-killing, a humiliation of the families who lost their people ," he said.

Rama further said that this Strasbourg decision is the most concrete embodiment of the expression that justice delays but never forgets. According to him, "January 21" is one of those crimes for which the delay of justice may be longer than the most delayed justice, but it is one of those crimes that never go unpunished.

" It is a crime by direct order of the government. By illegal order. And this decision is another peak in a new path that has just been opened for justice ," he said.

It should be emphasized that SP in the 2013 campaign promised justice for "January 21". But after coming to power, he did nothing. In 10 years, there was only one request from the police to the prosecutor's office for a re-expertise on the murder of Aleks Nika, but nothing else. The Prime Minister, after 10 years in power, still continues with the rhetoric we hear every January 21 that there will be justice. It should be noted that there are 3 other Strasbourg decisions where the government undertakes to reopen the file and these decisions have not been implemented. / Pamphlet
