DP MP Jorida Tabaku has reacted to the fact that the government program was not discussed in parliament, for the first time after 35 years of democracy.
According to Tabaku, the reason is that the government has no program or vision, but simply recycles promises made in 12 years of governance.
" They promised 12 years ago and again 4 years ago integration, where we are today, they promised a stronger economy, fewer taxes, free healthcare, agriculture, where we are today. We are in the most difficult situation that Albania has been going through in 35 years," said MP Jorida Tabaku.
"The Socialists today did the unthinkable, they closed the parliament without a parliamentary debate. For the first time in 35 years, the government's program is not being discussed and the truth is simple, because they had no program, just a recycling, they had no vision, just a recycling. They promised integration 12 years ago and again 4 years ago, where we are today, they promised a stronger economy, fewer taxes, free healthcare, agriculture, where we are today. We are in the most difficult situation that Albania has been going through in 35 years.
Let's take it one by one. As for integration, which has become the government's motto. Everything revolves around one person. These people think that integration is about participating in summits, making presentations and speaking English. Integration requires real reforms that Albania lacks today.
