Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has made strong accusations against the prosecutor of SPAK Enkeleda Millonai, who is investigating the case against him and demanded an obligation to appear and a ban on leaving the country.
Invited to the Opinion show on TV Klan, Sali Berisha accused Millonai of being a "state bandit".
Berisha made these comments referring to a civil trial between his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi and Interior Minister Taulant Balla.
" If it was proven that illegal favoritism occurred, then Sali Berisha would be prosecuted. If one of them was found to be illegal, Sali Berisha would go to court as a defendant. The criminal charge is based on evidence. But since they could not prove any fraud, any fiction.
