The Democratic Party has started the process for electing a new president, but for analyst Preç Zogaj, the organization of the party is urgent.
Invited to the show "Publikisht" on RTSH, Zogaj, as he said that the process that is taking place has quite a few defects, said that PD can no longer remain an unorganized party, without forums and with institutions that have lost the quorum that they have selected.
" I see a flawed process. In the multitude of problems that are now on the PD's table, the secret is to identify the main problem because the rationale will be lost and the main argument is that this party must be reorganized. An unorganized party, without forums, with institutions that have lost the quorum that elected them and are illegitimate can no longer exist. Reorganization is an emergency in this party. Then it continues ," he said.
Zogaj also focused on the decision of the head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, and some other deputies to boycott the meeting of the National Council, as he said that leaving is not the right way.
" I do not agree with some voices that the other party will lead the party to Sali Berisha. These are old ways that I have heard many times since 30 years. Whenever someone has a different opinion, they say that they are doing the work of the opponent. People have opinions, they have ambitions, they conceive solutions that suit their ambitions and that is normal. There isn't even a diabolical backstage, there's an option. But I can't go with that I have this opinion and if you don't want to accept it, discuss it, I'm leaving. This is no way to function ", said Zogaj.
