The former president, Bamir Topi, discussing the political situation in Albania, said that the model that politics is injecting is a great misery.

This is the model that is transplanted into politics, they have understood enter a political party, become a patronageist and you must be very necessary for the power of the boss and the boss is very fond of you. One has a lot of power, the rest is at the mercy of fate. One must see in perspective. When the young people see that the powerful people of the administration, in a uniform, hang out in a group, dominate some important bars on the coast, stay anywhere and you have the rest later.
