One of the 19 MPs expelled from the work of the Assembly, Luan Baçi, has stated that this is the way the majority has decided to face the opposition.
Baçi said that the expelled MPs did not perform any action that affects the smooth running of the session.
According to him, the majority did not feel threatened at any moment and it was very clear that the opposition MPs were calm.
"It was proven that this is their method. They always aim to expel the deputies from the Assembly", said Luan Baçi.
According to Baç, the decision to expel the deputies is in violation of the regulation.
He clarified that the Ethics Commission should have met 48 hours after the event, while the truth is that it met 4 days after it.
"The Ethics Commission must meet within 48 hours from the moment an event occurs. The decision was given 4 days later. The committee should call the MPs and face them. The commission gave the decision without calling us and without facing us", said Baçi in an interview for Fax News.
