The meeting of the Investigative Committee on Health issues was accompanied by strong debates. Zhupa, Bilal and Vokshi are involved in the debate, as MP Ina Zhupa addresses Bilal saying that 'you are behaving like a structured criminal group'.
While Vokshi adds that Prime Minister Rama will testify in the commission as he is behind the concessions and is the "head" of the criminal group.
Debate:
Bilali: I am a doctor of sciences, I came to this commission to represent the SP.
Vokshi: You are doing a show.
Bilali: You lead this committee. I am asking you, I am not suggesting, that as head of the Commission you set a standard for all of us. From now on, these epithets, comparisons, should not be for any of the parties.
Zhupa: As you are a doctor of sciences, so am I, but you are behaving like a structured criminal group. You are protecting each other from breaking the law. You will always have this comparison as long as you break the law and try to protect each other.
Vokshi: They will all live and those who have eaten plums or tangerines. They acted like a criminal group, so don't be a shield for this abuse. If you become the shield of this organized criminal group, then you become a party. Do not defend corruption. Edi Rama will be called as a witness because he is after the concessions, he is the head of the structured criminal group. We will testify in this commission.
