Democratic MP Dashnor Sula, who is participating in the Laws Committee, has expressed criticism of the draft agreed between SP and DP on the Electoral Reform.
Sula said that the draft arrived only half an hour before the start of the meeting of the Law Commission, and they did not even have time to discuss it.
He emphasized that everything was previously sealed and the discussion is invalid. Sula compared it to the April 2008 scenario and said the same thing is happening again.
"There is no logic, which I learned half an hour ago, I have not had the opportunity to read the law that was submitted by SP and DP.
Everything has been graded, sealed and arrived here. Other initiatives that will be discussed today are totally useless. The vote of April 21, 2008, I remember well when Rusjmali was the chairman of the commission and it was discussed very quickly, only the members of the law commissions raised their hands. The same scene is repeating itself in 2024, let's discuss what Mediu said, give us the time to read them and discuss them tomorrow," said Sula.
