From Shkodra, the former president of Albania Alfred Moisiu spoke about the situation in the north of Kosovo and the role of Albania. He mocked the high representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, and the emissary for dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, saying that they come from 2 countries that will not recognize Kosovo.

"It is true that Kosovo is in a difficult situation. The struggle for power is confused with the struggle for the nation. How can this conflict be resolved when at the head are 2 people who come from countries that do not recognize Kosovo, Borrel from Spain and Lajcak from Slovakia. There is an attempt to turn the wolf into a lamb and the lamb into a wolf. How did we get that Serbia was so good?" - said Moisiu, former president of Albania.

During his conversation with students and lecturers, Moisiu also criticized the political class in our country.

"Our political class has a significant lack of legal and constitutional culture. We are the only country where the prime minister is concrete. Get the votes and say goodbye for 4 years. There is no God who moves him from his place. Corruption does a great harm to us. It is interesting that the ones who complain the most about the fight against corruption are the leaders of corruption. The justice reform was an achievement, but it is moving too slowly and has two defects. When justice speaks, politics is silent. Politics has always played the role of the scorpion, poisoned justice and corrupted it," said Mosiu.

Former President Moisiu made these statements while holding an open lecture with the students of the Faculty of Law at the University of Shkodra.
