The raid by the Albanian police of the camp of the Iranian mujahideen in Manez of Durrës was made on the very day that the big annual gathering against the Iranian regime of the mullahs was to be held.

Diplomatic sources inform that the Albanian government has been asked to ban the June 20 rally from official Paris. But this ugly spectacle was made to show a signal in the Middle East, where Edi Rama has long since entered the club of sheikhs. It is not excluded that it was also requested by Erdogan, who has undertaken to reconcile Saudi Arabia with Iran, and recently the two most powerful and hostile states of the Persian Gulf have broken ties with each other.
If they didn't give permission, Rama did it simply at the request of France, which wants a leading role in the Middle East, then the situation will become even more problematic.
The US has so far not issued any statement, neither for nor against.
The Mujahideen in Albania came directly from the State Department, which protected them and brought them here to shelter them. But the Mujahideen are experienced fighters and they have not stayed here in vain, they have constantly fought with propaganda and cyber war against the regime of the mullahs.
