After Berisha confirmed him as the group's leader, Bardhi resumed his attacks and accusations, but it seems he misread the President's decree. He accused President Begaj of having decreed "Diella" as a minister, which is in violation of the Constitution.
But in fact, if the decree is read, it seems clear that Begaj has decreed Edi Rama as prime minister, who for procedural purposes will also exercise the role of the minister created by Artificial Intelligence.
" Today, the President of the Republic has decreed only the Prime Minister. The ministers will be decreed at a later date. The constitutional basis of the decree is in its introductory line.
The decree of the Prime Minister is made according to the proposal of the winning party in the elections. Article 2 of the decree charges the Prime Minister with a specific function, also according to the same proposal. As for the references to articles 102 and 103, the Prime Minister meets the conditions and requirements provided for in these two articles , "the Presidency announces.
After being sworn in as prime minister, Rama will also send Begaj the decrees of the new ministers, which he announced the day before at the Socialist Party Assembly.
Following the Prime Minister's proposal, the President will issue individual decrees for each of the ministers. First, the government must receive a vote of confidence in Parliament in the coming days, and then the swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Presidency.
We are talking about 17 ministries, one of which, like never before, will be led by a virtual minister, Diella, who will be the public procurement minister.
