The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, gave the mandate to Edi Rama to form the new government.
The head of the Democratic parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, also cites the constitutional articles where this decision for the minister created with Artificial Intelligence conflicts.
"The decree of the President of the Republic to charge the Prime Minister with the establishment and functioning of the virtual minister "Diella", besides being ridiculous, is completely unconstitutional. It contradicts articles 96, 97, 102 and 103 of the Constitution," says Bardhi.
"A minister may be appointed: (i) an Albanian citizen; (ii) who has reached the age of 18; and (iii) is mentally competent (see articles 45 and 103 of the Constitution). Which of these qualities does Minister "Diella" have?!
"The Prime Minister's antics cannot be transformed into legal acts of the Albanian state. Ushtar Bajrami is trying to turn the Republic into a mess, as he himself is," adds Bardhi.
Today, President Bajram Begaj mandated Edi Rama as Prime Minister for the fourth term to form the new government, whose names he announced the day before at the SP Assembly.
Among them, Begaj has also mandated Rama for the virtual minister of artificial intelligence, Diella.
