But this election result has alarmed Ankara. The media close to Erdogan are all on the attack. If you look carefully at the Turkish portals, they have reflected the electoral process in KMSH more than the Albanian media. The Turkish media have been so attentive, but also so one-sided, as they have focused on the protest that took place outside the Madrasa, where the vote was held.
Some Hoxhallars who are financed by Turkey, brought out their loyalists in protest and the Turkish media have echoed it, as according to them, the Muslim believers want the KMSH to be cleansed of Gülenists. Even according to them, the elections were manipulated.

While the protest took place during the presidential elections in KMSH, the demonstrators pointed out that the elections were manipulated and did not represent the will of the Muslims in the country ", writes " Yirmidort " television.

While the elections were held, dozens of people gathered outside the madrasah in a protest organized by non-governmental organizations. Representatives of the civil organizations who spoke during the protest declared that the elections were theater and that FETO had taken this institution hostage and that no other group in Albania was represented in KMSH and that the instructions for this institution, directed by the supporters of FETO s, were given by Fetullah Gulen ".
Other media such as " TRT Haber ", " Soz Bursa ", " Beyaz Gazete ", " Haber 27 ", etc. have been in the same line. That all the media claim that the elections were manipulated because FETO intervened. This clearly proves the alarm in Ankara. It seems that Rama could not fulfill the request of his Turkish brother, where Erdogan made it clear that he wants a strong fight against the Gülenists.
