Projection/ How mandates are expected to be divided between parties in Elbasan, Fier and Durrës 

After Tirana, Fieri is the second largest region in the country. The battle in this region is for 16 mandates. From the counting of 188 out of 578 VCs, the projection of the distribution of mandates in this region is: 12 SP mandates, and 4 DP-ASHM mandates.

The third district by electoral weight is Durrës, which brings 14 deputies to the Albanian Parliament. From the counting of 161 out of 493 voting centers in this district, the projection of the distribution of mandates is: 8 mandates for the DP and 6 mandates for the DP-ASHM.

The Elbasan district produces the same number of seats for Parliament as Durrës. The competition between 11 entities in this district is for 14 deputies. From the counting of 230 voting centers out of 508 in this district, the projection of the distribution of seats is: 10 seats for the SP and 4 seats for the DP-ASHM.
