Asllan Dogjani, deputy of the Democratic Party, while talking about the opposition's action and Monday's protest, said that the situation is very serious in the country, since according to him, Prime Minister Edi Rama has installed the dictatorship.
Invited to the show "Off the Record" on A2 CNN, he surprised when he said that certain deputies from the Socialist Party are "begging" the opposition to remove Edi Rama.
" Tomorrow's protest is appreciated by me as a protest for the future of Albania, a protest for future generations. We have come on this day to call citizens from all over Albania. We have come to this state, mainly, because of the lack of justice in this country. We have reacted as MPs, but our voice has not been heard. Our words have fallen on deaf ears. The government arrests the deputies of the DP and the chairman of the DP on the political order of Edi Rama. The country has gone into dictatorship. Critical voices are taken and arrested, citizens are not free.
We have MPs of the SP, who in the contacts we have tell us: Do the impossible, let's remove this man. This is because today Rama is a prosecutor, judge, policeman, that's all. We have a dictatorship installed in Albania. This has led us to call a protest today, not like all the others ," said Dogjani.
The other PD deputy, Dashnor Sula, was of the same opinion, who said that Edi Rama has captured everything in Albania that is being emptied every day, according to him.
" Monday is extremely important for all Albanian citizens. I say this because we are at an extremely important moment as a society. Political power is totally concentrated in the hands of Rama and a few people around him, economic power as well. The approach and behavior of this majority is being understood more and more every day. I come from rural areas, there are no more people under 50 in the villages. They have all gone, don't see Tirana. And who is to blame, the majority" , said Sula.
