Four people were injured during the opposition protest, as a result of violence and the throwing of Molotov cocktails towards the police cordon and the entrance to the Prime Minister's Office.
A citizen and a photographer were injured during the rally, while two police officers were also injured.
Protesters also physically clashed with officers in an attempt to break the security cordons, but everything was kept under control by the police. Moments later, the protesters began to disperse from the Prime Minister's Office, marching towards the Ministry of Interior.
For several hours, experts photographed and filmed the damage caused by the explosions of Molotov cocktails.
Law enforcement has detained one person for acts of violence during the protest, while investigations are ongoing to identify other individuals.
