The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, warned that the opposition will not stop the protests until the Rama Government is overthrown.
"There will undoubtedly be protests, protests and only protests. We are in the last mile. Here we have all our potential, we are endlessly grateful for the civic response", said Berisha. He said that through these protests, Edi Rama's supporters will be shown how wrong they have been by supporting a godfather, a Ramaduro like this.
Will there be other upcoming opposition protests after last night's?

I have a call for every citizen, once again. This is not a protest for one person, nor for one party. It is a protest of civic conscience, it is a protest of national conscience. Let us unite because when we say that 130 million euros were stolen in the Tirana incinerator that does not exist, when we say that 50 million euros were stolen with a signature in the Llogara tunnel, when we say that 140 million euros were stolen with a signature at the Vlora airport, when we say that about 4 billion euros are being stolen with the port of Durres, these are the assets of every Albanian and not just of the opposition who are protesting.
These are the assets of the children of every Albanian and not just the children of the opposition who are protesting. Therefore, today is the time more than ever to show our conviction before our conscience, to show that we will never agree with this regime. But to also show the world, to show our friends who we are.
Let's show Edi Rama's supporters how wrong you have been by supporting a godfather, a Ramaduro like this. So you saw the scale of the protest and I expect it to become irresistible and I assure you it will.
I said it once again, the most cardinal and important feature was the youth in action. Hence Rama's horror when he called them mercenaries, neighborhood thugs, honest, dignified, courageous young people, students, workers, unemployed, but who had come out against him for their conscience.
