The Chairperson of the Investigative Commission for Health concessions, Albana Vokshi, said that by order from above, the socialists boycotted the commission's meeting, while their live broadcast was interrupted.
In a statement to the media, the PD deputy stated that all those who obstruct the work of the Investigative Commission will be criminally charged.
Also, Vokshi declared that they will be in front of the majority in disobeying the illegal decisions that they seek to take.
"By order from above, SP MPs boycotted the meeting. They have the numbers, they have the votes, but you fell for the scenario they had drawn up to continue unilaterally. Even today's meeting was called in violation of procedures. We will be there, in the face of disobedience of illegal decisions.
The live stream was also ordered to be taken down. By order of Genci Gjoncaj, the broadcast was removed. We will go to the end, whoever obstructs the work of the Commission will be criminally charged. It is a misuse of duties, trying not to make transparency for the two commissions. We are and will be there in the confrontation. We will be in front of these people", said Albana Vokshi.
When asked how the opposition action in the Commission will continue, Vokshi said: "We will act case by case. The Investigative Commission has a deadline and all steps must be completed within this deadline. In this case, we have decided to be here because it is in the interest of the public to make the two concessions in health transparent".
