After a long plenary session, the Assembly voted in favor of the establishment of two investigative commissions agreed between the SP and Reestablishment, after the union of the votes of the opposition and the majority.
Draft decision on the establishment of the Investigative Committee of the Assembly for the Public Sterilization Service and the Public Health Check-Up Service was voted with 95 votes in favor and 1 abstention
The draft decision on the establishment of the Investigative Committee of the Assembly for the Handling of TIMS System Data was voted with 96 votes in favor and 1 abstention.
It was MP Erion Braçe, who abstained from the Investigative Commission for the investigation of concessions in health.
As far as the Investigative Committee of the Assembly on the Data Handling of the TIMS System is concerned, the only one who abstained was Petro Koçi.
We remind you that the Investigative Commissions consist of 15 members, of which the chairman and 6 members are from the DP and 8 members from the SP and will develop its activity in a 4-month time frame, from the date of approval of this decision.
