Prime Minister Edi Rama does not stop in his attack on the judiciary, as the Constitutional Court has failed to reach a decision today regarding the salary level of judges and prosecutors of judicial districts.
In a reaction to "X", Rama writes that the courts have issued 92 decisions in favor of the scum, with a financial bill of 12 million euros.
" Did you know that the courts have so far ruled in 92 cases in favor of the scum cleaned by vetting, giving them a financial treatment of about 12 million Euros from the state budget, thus treating them not as guilty, but as victims who need compensation?!"
Even worse, these court decisions were issued with an execution order without the decision becoming final (at the Administrative Court of Appeal), forcing the SSSI to make payments from the pension fund due to the execution decision!
And meanwhile, the queue to receive tax money continues beyond this number 92, which means that those 12 million could go much further...
This is called irresponsible independence! ", writes Rama.

Prosecutors and judges in their reactions have considered the Prime Minister as "populist", while the language he used as a violation of the independence of the justice system and strong political interference.
