Prime Minister Edi Rama told reporters today that there is no meeting or relationship with official Belgrade, as long as the three Kosovo policemen have not been released.
Rama said that in every communication channel in Serbia these days, Albania will only have the request for the release of the three Kosovo police officers who were taken hostage by the Serbian authorities.
He underlined that the suspension of the meetings also includes the Open Balkans initiative.
"There is no meeting, there is no other development, every communication channel has only one sentence: Release the three policemen of Kosovo. There is nothing else but that", said Rama.
Rama also added: "We have no other relationship with Serbia these days, the only relationship is the release of those three policemen." There is no benefit from the cynical point of view, keeping three policemen from another state in prison with the excuse that they crossed the border," said Rama.
