Prime Minister Edi Rama, in a media conference while speaking about the situation in the North, said that he is looking for a way of communication and dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade due to the country's strategic reasons.
Rama has also stated that neither he nor Albin Kurti can choose the president of Serbia. He further added that Albania wants the two countries to continue the path of dialogue as according to him it is the only way to bring peace to the region.
"Karšilke is an expression of responsibility. The president of Serbia cannot be chosen by me, nor by Albin Kurti, nor by all those who would like to be someone else. We can't pack up Serbia to go to another continent, we can't even collect our luggage and leave, Serbia is there whether we like it or not.
Albania has no other reason, apart from strategic reasons, to continue to seek the path of communication relations and dialogue, the final peace in the region. Whoever in Kosovo thinks "what am I doing...", will understand tomorrow that Albania is thus more valuable alongside Kosovo, not by being a commentator on FB, but by becoming a stronger state as we are today", Rama said . .
