The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group, Gazmend Bardhi, showed details about the political project, which Lulzim Basha presented to him some time ago.
In an interview for "Real Story", he emphasized that he even waited with great surprise for the moments when he heard his proposals and this forced him to break off the cooperation with him.
Bardhi did not reveal many details about the conversation he had with the chairman of the Democratic Party, but from what is understood, Basha had a plan to take over the PD and keep it with 4-5 deputies who were the most loyal to him, which according to white, he did not agree.
" I am saying it for the first time, when I expressed it to Mr. Basha, before we were very close to each other, not only in politics, but we were also very friends and before I took my stand in public, of course I had the obligation to go and tell him privately. I asked him about his political project and he explained some things to me, which I'm honest, not only did you not believe him, but we were looking into each other's eyes and I said: am I in reality and at that moment I expressly told him this sentence, which I am saying for the first time: This project proves to me that your goal is to have 3, 4 or 5 deputies.
If you look at my comfort, you are the first, I am the second, in fact Mrs. Tabaku is the third and there are two more places left. I declare that I am withdrawing myself from this project, I do not want to be the second deputy, because this is not my political project. I didn't enter politics to be an opposition deputy, when I don't have the opportunity to give my opinions on the problems of the citizens. I received some answers, no, we will win. I can't believe lies. My project does not match the project I think. He is on his way, I am on mine ," he said.
