Prime Minister Edi Rama also joked with the leader of the Euro-Atlantic Democrats, Lulzim Basha, calling on him to come out and say that he had lost and was no longer following him.
Rama "took aim" at Basha, who has not appeared in public since the May 11 elections, pointing out this fact and mocking him with mathematics.
"If there's one thing we've done that we're proud of, it's that we've avoided becoming a socialist state army. If we hadn't done something different, admittedly with all its flaws, we wouldn't be in the conditions for negotiations with the EU."
