Prime Minister Edi Rama responded to commentators today on "Sy m'Sy", where one of them accused the head of government that the action to demolish buildings in Theth was with the aim of allowing oligarchs to build resorts and hotels.
Rama says that there will be neither resorts nor large hotels, emphasizing that this is nothing more than the fantasy of people with a narrow perspective.
"If it is someone's property, anyone who wants to invest must come to terms with it. In Theth, the opposite is true. There will be no developments after that major cleanup except in specific cases related to those who live there. Thethi is not the place for tourist resorts, large hotels, such stories that are part of the fantasy of people with a narrow perspective," said Rama.
