Ardit Bido expects the SP to receive 9 mandates in Vlora in the May 11 elections.
Speaking on the podcast "Të Pashoj", he said that in 2017 the victory for the 9th mandate was close and will be achieved this year. Bido was included in Rama's open list in the coastal city.
