Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has stated that they will make every effort to have Prime Minister Edi Rama, according to him, set a limit by the international community and to stop his interference in the internal affairs of Kosovo.
While welcoming the resolution of the European Parliament on the attack in Banjska, Berisha said that Edi Rama's flagrant interventions in the internal affairs of Kosovo are a terribly negative act with serious consequences for the situation in the region.
"I am here to welcome, on behalf of the DP, the resolution of the European Parliament dedicated to Kosovo, in which, in every paragraph, the full responsibility of Serbia in all conflicting developments in relations between Kosovo and Serbia, in its efforts constant for the destabilization of Kosovo, in its positions, which are ultimately oriented towards keeping the Serbian state in Kosovo.
I fully support this resolution and consider it an extremely important document, the implementation of whose requirements really paves the way for normalization or progress towards normalization between Kosovo and Serbia. The resolution, with crystal clarity, requires the investigation of Serbia's links with the armed terrorist group, trained in its territory, and sent to Kosovo.
This act was preceded by a series of other acts of violence, instigated by the Serbian phalanx, boycotts led by Lista Serbe, a terrorist party incriminated in all its segments. You will forgive me, but it is terribly sisterly with the party of Vucic and the party of Edi Rama. Because she did not allow any democratic norms. It is led by extremists and terrorists like Radoicic, has terrible ties to gangs and crime, just like Vucicic's party and Edi Rama's party.
DP will commit to work closely with the European Parliament and other parliamentary assemblies, it will be the condemnation of Rama's destabilizing attitudes in support of Vucic's destabilizing policies and flagrant interference in Kosovo's internal affairs. These interventions are a terribly negative act with serious consequences for the situation in the region. His efforts since coming to power to dictate on behalf of Vucic who should govern in Kosovo, with the sole purpose of implementing joint plans for the division of Kosovo, are a matter of concern for the DP and the international community. Albania has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of Kosovo. All Rama's interventions have directly helped his boss because with these interventions he has tried to free Vučić, the new Slobodan from the real evaluations that exist for him and to present him as a peacemaker, while he is a Slobodan in boots.
In support of this resolution, we will make every effort to put a limit on Rama, to stop his interference in the internal affairs of Kosovo. These interventions not only do not help the agreement, but make it difficult to the maximum degree. There is an international need for the events in the north of Kosovo, for direct implications of Vucic, but other implications are by no means excluded," said Berisha.
