
As of 2:00 PM, 2,307 ballot boxes out of a total of 5,225 have been counted across the country.
According to official figures reported by the Central Election Commission, the votes in each district translated into mandates, give a picture where the Socialist Party leads by a large number of mandates.
Thus, the Socialists have so far won 83 mandates, with their best results in Tirana, Fier, Durrës and Elbasan.
On the other hand, the coalition led by the Democratic Party, from the 51 mandates it had, now has 50.
As for new parties, Tom Doshi's PSD is the third political force in the Assembly with 3 mandates, the "Initiative Albania Becomes" coalition has 1 mandate, while the Opportunity Party has 2 mandates and the Together Movement has one mandate.
