In Elbasan, the Memorandum of Understanding for the Retraining of the Kala neighborhood of the city was signed today. In the meeting held in Elbasan, Prime Minister Edi Rama focused on some important developments that will involve the city. The Prime Minister said that with the signing of the agreement for the revival of the city's Castle, it is expected that there will be a higher number of tourists.
The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Edi Rama, together with the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation Blendi Gonxhja, the Minister of State for Local Government Arbjan Mazniku, the Mayor of Elbasan Gledian Llatja and representatives of the Albanian Development Fund.
According to the Prime Minister, this project embodies cooperation and commitment to preserve the cultural heritage and promote the economic development of the city, according to the Prime Minister.
