The political leader of the Democratic Party for the Diaspora, Jozefina Topalli, said that today marks a historic step for Albanians abroad, referring to the vote of the Diaspora.
Topalli calls on all immigrants to vote, as they will be the key factor in changing Albania's future.
"Today begins a historic step for Albanians abroad!"
From January 11 to May 11, all Albanian citizens living outside Albania have the opportunity to register to exercise their right to vote.
This is a key moment for all those who, although far away, keep their hearts close to the homeland.
How can you register?
1. Access the official CEC platform or download the application:

2. Upload:
• Your personal identification number, date of birth and place of birth.
• A photo to prove your presence.
• A phone number or email for confirmation.
