Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has made his first appearance for 2026.
In his communication, Berisha also commented on the developments in Venezuela, following the US attacks on Caracas and the arrest of Maduro. Berisha also focused on the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama, whom he said has openly attacked justice.
Comparing him to Maduro, Berisha stated that Rama is no different from the latter, describing him as "Ramaduro".
"The US military and the US government made their decision to overthrow, arrest the ugly dictator of Venezuela, Maduro, and evacuate him out of the country to face the trial he deserves.
The removal from power of Maduro, this dictator linked to drugs and election manipulation, is good news for all free people everywhere in the world, especially for the people of Venezuela who suffered for so many years under his regime.
But it is also very good news for Albanians, who experience the regime of his clone in Albania, which the American media and not only them, have called Ramaduro.
These developments in Venezuela are a great encouragement for the Albanian opposition to do its duty, the removal as soon as possible from power of a person, of a dictator who stands on the stolen vote, on his connections with crime and drugs and the theft of Albanians. Dear friends, today also the Iranian people are on the streets against the regime of the ayatollahs. Entire cities of Iran have been engulfed by powerful protests. Let us hope that the Ayatollah and his suite will have the fate of Maduro as soon as possible," said Berisha.
