"The man most publicly linked to the drug clans known on record has now taken over the Ministry of the Interior and you can imagine whether it was intentional or not, but it was completely intentional. It is those clans that appointed that minister. There are several factors that have intervened in this relationship, but the determining factor is the narco-euro factor.
