Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has justified the candidate for deputy in the Tirana District, Adriana Kalaja, who, through a post on the social network, now deleted, set 3 prizes ranging from 200 to 1 thousand euros for 3 of her followers.
"It's a misunderstanding, not vote buying. As I understand it. However, she removed the status precisely because it creates a misunderstanding. She was talking about her staff members, as I understand it.
"Whichever staff member works the hardest will have this reward. But that status has been removed, precisely because they thought it created a misunderstanding," said Berisha, thus finding an excuse for the candidate for MP.
A few days ago, Kalaja stated that the awards would be distributed transparently on May 10th.
