Analyst Frrok Çupi has exploded against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha
Frrok Çupi stated that the justice reform has failed to establish equality before the law. According to him, the process began with the objective of guaranteeing justice, but did not produce the expected results. He said that instead of strengthening institutions, problematic links have been created between politics, justice and criminal elements.
The analyst opposed the decisions to release people arrested after acts of violence at the Democratic Party protest. He described this action as a wrong message for public order and safety.
In the same interview, Çupi leveled strong accusations at former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, attributing to him political and moral responsibility for the situation. He described the development of events as an attempt to seize power through serious actions.
Çupi also mentioned allegations of foreign influence in Albanian politics, without providing further details.
"This is the path of justice, it set out to give us justice and justice did not give us. We set out with justice to create fair relations and it happened to us that justice was not only not put in its place, but Berisha's party, justice and crime have come together. It has been completely wrongly directed. We are seeing a justice that is freeing people from violence, which proves to the world that this is a people that does not condemn violence. It has been 15 years since they will condemn state murder and they still have not condemned it. They are creating a country where there will be justice here when there is no one left.
This was a crime in flagrante delicto, in attempt. Berisha has committed crimes in the same way, both in the opposition and in the government. Berisha is not a politician, but a murderer. It is an uprising for murder at the highest level of the state hierarchy, just to take power. This is an attempted murder. Even 35 years ago, with his wooden and unpleasant language, Berisha is still in a state of negativity, he speaks in parallel only with tragic events. Sali Berisha has strange antennas, he has foreign antennas. Berisha is one of Iran's allies, in Albania he has done favors", said Frrok Çupi on the show "Tirana Live".
