The theft of the TIMS system was reported by an anonymous police chief who sent an e-mail to the media. Ervin Muça, in order to carry out this act, used employees of two private companies of IT Soft & Solution of Ermal Beqiri, and the company "Horizon", who had gone during the afternoon hours near the DTI laboratory, on "Mine Peza" street ” and had performed data export.
