A little while ago, the head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, requested the summons to interrogate the Director of the School of Magistrates, regarding the scandal over the competition for young magistrates.
The member of the majority, Toni Gogu, responded to Bardhi's request.
" The political force to which Bardhi belongs tries to be concerned about the affairs of justice as soon as the sun rises until sunset, as soon as the sun sets, they take the magistrates with their books ," he said.
Meanwhile, Plarent Ndreca has considered Bardhi's request as anti-Constitutional.
"This is a violation of the Constitution and a violation of the separation of powers.
Explanations are required for a process in an independent institution. We have the right to call independent institutions, but not for these procedures, let the system self-regulate", he said.
