The lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has reacted again regarding the accusations against Sali Berisha and SPAK's actions in the ranks of the authorities. According to him, we have reached that stage where the mafia has captured the state and politics steals billions through legal changes.

In some countries there is no mafia because the mafia itself is in power. Where the state is captured, petty corruption is extinguished. Bribery is reduced and it is passed to high stages (state capture). State capture is a type of systematic political corruption in which private interests significantly influence the decision-making processes of a state to their advantage.
The legislative, administrative and law-enforcement processes are transformed into tools to achieve the corrupt goal.
Thefts and robberies with millions and billions are made by law to be cleared through the state machinery. The state mafia drafts laws and sub/legal acts in the appropriate way to legitimize all corrupt actions as legal actions in the future.
In the end, only the people break the law, because the politicians have protected them with immunity and legalized their crimes.
