Democrat Fatbardh Kadilli said in an interview that SPAK did not have to ask for authorization for Berisha.
Kadilli stated that the Constitution states that it is forbidden to deprive the deputy of his liberty without authorization, while in the case of Berisha we are not dealing with deprivation of liberty.
" The term used is deprivation of liberty, it is forbidden to deprive the deputy of his liberty without authorization according to the constitution, this other is not the constitution. Deprivation of freedom is isolation, the oaks of freedom is too long. The Constitution does not say anything about other freedoms, it talks about isolation. It is not deprivation of liberty in the case of Berisha, so SPAK did not have to request the authorization of the assembly. The removal of the passport is not the removal of freedom ", said Kadilli for "Euronews Albania".
