The chairman of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has criticized the work of SPAK on some of the hottest issues, such as incinerators and sterilization.
" Whenever I have found that there is an overstepping or circumvention of the law by SPAK or other institutions, I have maintained my public positions. I criticized SPAK that in the case of the sterilization concession, certain segments within SPAK gave a kind of criminal amnesty to the former Minister of Health, Edi Rama's close friend, Ilir Beqaj" , said Bardhi, in an interview for "Syri Tv" .
He also stopped at the mega-affair of the incinerators, saying that the investigations are incomplete, since the main responsibles are Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj.
"I have said it publicly, that it is a deficient work of SPAK. I expect that the report made by the DP, sent by me at that time, will be fully examined and the investigations will go to the real people responsible for this affair, which is Prime Minister Edi Rama and for the incinerator of Tirana, the mayor of Tirana.
It is beyond any logic, not legal, but also human, to say that the director who signed the letter is in prison and has criminal responsibility, while the mayor who gave legal value to the entire concession and abuses of public money, is out investigations and criminal responsibility ", said Bardhi.
According to him, the violations of Rama and Veliaj are so numerous that there is no prosecutor who can hide them.
