Analyst Dritan Hila, invited to the studio of "Open" on News24, has commented on the activity of the Special Prosecutor's Office, revealing details from the latter's investigations.
Hila stated that SPAK has recently launched investigations into several important files by majority officials, which according to him does not make this institution controlled by the government.
" Based on the information I have, SPAK has started investigations into some important files of the majority and has started combing their businesses. I can't say it's command justice. I believe that SPAK is the only one that is raising hope that something can be done in this country, I don't have it for Berisha, he is one among others" , he said.
On the other hand, former minister Aldo Bumçi objected, stating that justice and injustice are done by the government in the country.
" Government makes justice and injustice. Government affects it, to think that an institution will change life is to go to the Chinese system. This is what Xi Jinping does ," he said.
