DP MP Luan Baçi has commented on the situation of DP and the reduction of tensions between Sali Berisha and Gazment Bardhi.
In an interview for "Euronews Albania", he emphasized that this thing that happened now should have happened from the beginning. He further underlined that even though there have been clashes, PD has always been one.
" There is no new alliance, there is a DP. I have always been accustomed to the fact that DP is one. What Bardhi and Berisha did was a delayed action and should have happened many times sooner, despite all the favorable developments of the DP. If there was a very serious mistake in the DP parliamentary group that is primarily responsible for the entire situation created in the DP, I have often learned from the fact that the structures in the DP are all together with minor exceptions. Today happened what should have happened since the beginning of the time when they should have gathered and discussed and confronted with different opinions. I have not changed my opinion about Bardhi, I have the same opinion as before, but the positions and opinions of the deputies should not be prejudiced" , he said.
